Policies
Check-In and Arrival
Check-In: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Late Check-In: By arrangement with the Innkeeper-see below
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
For Arrivals After 6:00 p.m. ****IMPORTANT****
Please telephone us if you find that you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm on your arrival day. Since we are not a traditional hotel, we do not have a staffed front desk. Therefore, if you are arriving later than 6:00 pm, we will make arrangements for you to access your key so that you may gain entry to our facility and to your room.
We make a grand breakfast here and would like everyone to enjoy it. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies, particular food dislikes, or scheduling needs. A phone call or e-mail will work.
Cancellations
We have a 7 day written cancellation policy, or 14 days for holidays or group reservations. Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $35.00 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days of stays 3 nights or greater) notice is given. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for 3 nights or greater) the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented.
Pets
